There has been a significant simplification of procedure of registration of the Declaration on export goods. This agreement was adopted by the Board of the Eurasian economic Commission November 15 this year at a special meeting.

The decision to simplify touched the fill count of the Declaration such as "Sender", "Recipient", "Identification and country of registration of vehicle at departure/arrival", "the Person responsible for financial settlement", and "Cargo places and description of goods". From mid-December this innovation comes into force, adding to which steel and sections such as "On entry/exit", "Total customs value", "Code MOS" and "Customs value".

As the member of Board on customs cooperation of the EEC Mukai Kadyrkulov, a prerequisite for the simplification of the procedure of Declaration of goods was the desire to improve the customs system in the EAEU, as well as the desire to maintain export system.

The Minister drew attention to the fact that customs procedure of declaring of exported goods will be facilitated through the implementation of adopted Board decisions. This made it possible to reduce various costs for registration of the exported goods, besides, it can contribute to the competitiveness of EAEC on the vast market of Third world countries.
